Return of Product:
 
If you think that the product is of poor quality, deliver the goods to UAB IT MEDIA at Minijos St. 2-202, 1 Housing, Tel. 8-606-24534.
If the Service confirms that the product is of inadequate quality due to the fault of the manufacturer, it is not identified by the purchaser for improper consumption, damage, unaltered parts, the serial number of the purchased and returned goods, etc., we undertake to change the goods of inappropriate quality to the good quality goods or return the money paid for the item.
 
 
Return of  goods
 

You can return a good quality item within 14 business days of the delivery date if:

- The item is in a neat, original package.

- The appearance of the product packaging has not changed substantially (intact labels, non-shattered protective films, etc.).

- The item was not used and / or damaged.

- The item is a complete set with all the documentation provided by the manufacturer.

-  You have a purchase document.

After receiving the goods and confirming that the goods meet all return conditions, within 7-14 business days we will replace the item with other goods or refund the money paid.

All refunds are paid by the buyer
